Description

These Baileys Chocolate Truffles are a delightful treat, featuring creamy liqueur, crushed cookies, and chocolate sprinkles. Perfect for celebrations and gatherings!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 400 g biscuits nice / biscoff / graham crackers / tennis
  • 1 can (13oz / 375g) condensed milk
  • ⅓ cup (50g) cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons baileys original cream liqueur
  • ½ cup coconut for coating the truffles
  • ½ cup chocolate sprinkles for coating the truffles

Instructions

  • Crush the biscuits in a large ziploc bag with a rolling pin or use a food processor to form crumbs.
  • Transfer the crushed biscuits to a mixing bowl.
  • In the bowl, add condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Baileys liqueur.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • After chilling, form the mixture into balls the size of glass marbles.
  • Roll each ball in either coconut or chocolate sprinkles before placing in paper cases.
  • Keep the truffles covered in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder instead of regular cocoa powder.
You can substitute Baileys with any other cream liqueur of your choice.
These truffles can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
