Description

This Bailey’s Irish Cream Tiramisu is an easy no-bake dessert that promises an irresistible blend of flavors. With creamy mascarpone and espresso-soaked ladyfingers, it’s perfect for special gatherings or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream cold
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla instant pudding
  • ⅔ cup irish cream
  • 1 lbs mascarpone cheese room temp
  • 27 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup espresso
  • 2 tablespoon irish cream
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the cold heavy cream, sugar, Irish cream, vanilla extract, and vanilla pudding. Whip everything together with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the room-temperature mascarpone cheese until the mixture is smooth. Careful not to overmix to prevent curdling.
  • Prepare a mixture of espresso and Irish cream in a shallow dish. Quickly dip the ladyfingers for 1-2 seconds and arrange them in an even layer in a 13 by 9-inch baking dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the dipped ladyfingers, smoothing it with a spatula.
  • Repeat the process with another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by a thin layer of the mascarpone cream.
  • Fill a piping bag fitted with a round tip with the remaining mascarpone filling. Pipe dollops of cream over the thin layer of mascarpone.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours to let the ladyfingers soften. Before serving, generously dust the tiramisu with cocoa powder.

Notes

Ensure the heavy cream is cold for the best whipping results.
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of chocolate shavings on top before serving.
