Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package brownie mix
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- strawberries and other berries for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a small pizza pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water until just combined without over-mixing.
- Pour the brownie batter onto the pizza pan, spreading it evenly, and bake for 15-20 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean. Be cautious not to over-bake. Let it cool completely after removing from the oven.
- While the brownie cools, in a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until it reaches a creamy consistency.
- Once the brownie base has cooled completely, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top.
- Slice the strawberries and arrange them on top of the frosting in your desired pattern. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
Notes
Ensure the brownie is completely cooled before adding frosting to prevent it from melting.
You can use any berries you like for topping, such as blueberries or raspberries.
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
