Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

- Spread the cabbage in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the cabbage is tender and has caramelized edges.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes, keeping a close eye on it.
- Remove from the oven and add any desired toppings. Adjust seasoning as needed and serve warm.
