Instructions

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Add the buttermilk to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until well blended.
- Fill the cupcake liners three-quarters full with the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 17 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
