- 1 teaspoon chipotle paste

Instructions
- Preheat the grill over medium-high heat until ready.
- Wash and peel the carrots before seasoning.
- In a small bowl, combine melted coconut oil, cinnamon, chipotle paste, chili powder, and salt. Rub this mixture over the carrots thoroughly.
- Place the seasoned carrots on the grill over indirect heat. Grill for 20-25 minutes, flipping and rotating them every 7-8 minutes. Size determines readiness; they should be slightly soft yet firm inside when done.
