- 2 tablespoons (28g) butter, diced
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, corn starch, and cocoa powder.
- Gradually whisk in the milk until well combined.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to boil.
- Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the pudding into serving dishes and let it cool.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
