- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 6 ounces each

- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Melt butter in a small sauté pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 to 60 seconds until softened but not browned.
- Stir in honey and whole grain dijon mustard along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place the chicken in the heated baking pan, ensuring they are spaced evenly.
- Pour the hot honey dijon glaze over the chicken breasts in the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Take the pan out and baste the chicken with the collected glaze. Put the pan back in the oven, baking for another 15 to 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
- After baking, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.

Feel free to add vegetables to the pan for a complete meal.
