Description
This Honey-Lime Margarita-ish Mocktail combines fresh lime juice, raw honey, and tonic water for a refreshing taste. Simple to make and perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients

- juice from one lime (plus one slice for garnish)
- 2 teaspoons raw honey
- 6 ounces tonic water
- 2–3 slices of jalapeno
- a dash of sea salt flakes
- 3/4 to 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Pour honey into a 14-ounce glass and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot water. Stir to dissolve the honey.
- Pour in lime juice.
- Fill the glass with ice and pour in about 6 ounces of tonic water.
- Add 2 or 3 slices of jalapeno, then stir.
- Sprinkle with some salt flakes, then garnish with a lime slice.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of honey for sweetness.
Use more or fewer jalapeno slices based on your spice preference.
Serve immediately for the freshest taste.
