- 4 cups cold filtered water (900ml)
Instructions
- Combine coarsely ground coffee and cold filtered water in a large jar or pitcher.
- Stir well to ensure all the coffee grounds are saturated with water.
- Cover the jar and let it steep at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours, depending on your desired strength.
- After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter to remove the grounds.
- Serve the cold brew coffee over ice, diluted with water or milk to taste.
Notes
Store any leftover cold brew coffee in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
