Description

This Kale Fruit Smoothie blends irresistible flavors from fresh ingredients like kale, frozen fruits, and almond milk. Perfect for a quick meal or a healthy snack!


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cups almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberry, etc.)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup kale (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine almond milk, frozen fruit, banana, kale, protein powder, greek yogurt, and chia seeds into a blender.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve cold.

Notes

Use any combination of frozen fruits you like for different flavors.
For added creaminess, use full-fat coconut milk instead of almond milk.
