Description
Experience the delightful combination of white chocolate, Irish cream, and crunchy pistachios in this simple Leprechaun Pistachio Fudge. This no-bake treat is perfect for anyone looking for an easy, homemade dessert that’s sure to impress friends and family alike.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 ½ cups white chocolate chips (22–24 ounces)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup irish cream
- 1 cup shelled pistachios roughly chopped
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch × 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or tin foil, allowing it to hang over the edges for easy removal later.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the sweetened condensed milk for about 1 minute.
- In a large glass bowl, combine the white chocolate chips with the warmed condensed milk. Let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes, then stir until the mixture is completely smooth. If necessary, microwave in 15-second intervals to melt any remaining chunks.
- Incorporate the Irish cream into the white chocolate mixture, stirring until fully blended. Add 3/4 of the chopped pistachios and mix well.
- Pour the fudge into the prepared baking pan. Top with reserved pistachios and gently press them into the fudge.
- Refrigerate the fudge for 3 to 4 hours or until firm. Remove it from the dish, peel off the parchment paper, and slice into 25 pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
Ensure the parchment paper hangs over the edges for easy lifting.
Microwaving the chocolate in short intervals helps achieve a smooth consistency without burning.
