Description

These Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bites are a delightful treat featuring rich peanut butter, creamy yogurt, and chocolate chips—perfect for a quick snack or dessert!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Skyr yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1.5 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a bowl and mix until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a lined loaf pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and flaky salt on top.
  3. Freeze for a minimum of 3 hours.
  4. Take out of the freezer and slice into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

You can swap Skyr yogurt for plain Greek yogurt if preferred.
For added flavor, incorporate crushed nuts or fruit into the mix.
