- 2 medium lemons, (peeled, quartered)
- 2-inch piece (about 20 grams) fresh ginger root, (peeled, sliced)
- 2 tablespoons honey, (raw preferred for extra benefits)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup coconut water
Instructions
- Combine the blueberries, peeled lemon quarters, ginger slices, honey, black pepper, and coconut water in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth, about 30 to 60 seconds.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl, using a spoon to assist in pushing the juice through.
- Fill small glasses or shot bottles with the juice, repeating until all juice is poured.
- Cover the glasses or seal the bottles and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
- Stir or shake before consuming, as natural separation might happen.
Notes
For a sweeter shot, adjust the honey to taste.
