Description

These Air Fryer Egg Bites are packed with flavor and loaded with cheese, bacon, and green onions. They’re easy to make and serve as a tasty, wholesome meal for breakfast or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 7 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 340°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, milk, mustard powder, salt, and pepper until the mixture is fluffy and pale yellow.
  3. Divide the crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and sliced green onions into the molds or small bowls.
  4. Carefully pour the egg mixture over the toppings in the molds.
  5. Place the molds in the air fryer basket and cook for 11 to 13 minutes, stirring the mixture after about 7 to 8 minutes. The egg bites are done when they are set. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can add more toppings like diced bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences.
These egg bites can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
