Instructions
- Chop the potatoes into halves, quartering any large ones, and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the potatoes with fresh water.
- Thoroughly dry the potatoes, then mix them in a bowl with salad dressing and seasoning, tossing to coat evenly.
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray, add potatoes, and air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary, then garnishing with fresh parsley and squeezing lemon juice over before serving.
