- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar

- 1/4 cup Cold Butter, Cubed
- 1 (17.5 oz) pouch Betty Crocker Oatmeal Cookie Mix
- 1/2 cup Butter, Melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
- Spray an 8 x 8 pan with non-stick spray and set it aside.
- Core, peel, and slice the apples, then place them in a large bowl. Toss the sliced apples with white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cut the cold butter into small cubes and mix it into the apple mixture.
- Pour the apple mixture into the prepared pan.
- In the same bowl, mix the oatmeal cookie mix with the melted butter until the mixture is crumbly. Evenly spread it over the apple mixture in the pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
