Description

Banana Split Fluff Salad combines delightful flavors and easy prep. With Cool Whip, cherries, and bananas, it’s a sweet treat perfect for gatherings and quick desserts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups cool whip
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups mini-marshmallows
  • 1 3/4 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 bananas, peeled & sliced
  • 1 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 3/4 cup maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1/4 cup mini-chocolate chips
  • 12 tbsp chocolate syrup, optional

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Cool Whip, cherry pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, and sour cream until well mixed.
  2. Just before serving, gently fold in the mini-marshmallows, drained pineapple chunks, sliced bananas, chopped peanuts, drained maraschino cherries, and mini-chocolate chips.
  3. Drizzle optional chocolate syrup on top before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, serve immediately after mixing to keep the fruits fresh.
You can adjust the ingredients based on personal preference, especially the chocolate syrup.
This salad can be prepared a few hours ahead and kept covered in the refrigerator.
