- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

- 2 tbsp fresh jalapeño, finely diced (optional)
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions

- Add the chopped cilantro, red onion, jalapeño (if using), and red bell pepper to the bowl.
- Drizzle lime juice, lemon juice, and sprinkle salt over the mixture.

Notes
