Description

This Black Bean and Corn Salsa bursts with flavor thanks to fresh ingredients like corn, black beans, and cilantro. Perfect for parties or a healthy snack, it requires minimal prep and delivers maximum taste!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh jalapeño, finely diced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the thawed corn and black beans.
  2. Add the chopped cilantro, red onion, jalapeño (if using), and red bell pepper to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle lime juice, lemon juice, and sprinkle salt over the mixture.

Notes
