- 1 burrito size flour tortilla
- 2 tbsp cinnamon cream cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- cinnamon & sugar, optional
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on one side of the flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle blueberries over half of the tortilla. Fold the other side over and press down lightly.
- Spread 1/2 tbsp softened butter on one side of the quesadilla, then flip it and spread the remaining 1/2 tbsp butter on the other side. If desired, generously sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the buttered sides.
- Place the quesadilla on a skillet over medium heat and grill each side until golden brown.
Notes
Feel free to add more blueberries for a fruitier flavor.
Serve with maple syrup for an extra sweet touch.
Can be made ahead and reheated for a quick breakfast.
