Description

Ingredients

  • 8 blueberries
  • ½ lime cut into 2 wedges
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • fluid ounces white rum
  • ½ fluid ounce simple syrup
  • large handful fresh ice or crushed ice
  • 2 fluid ounces club soda to taste
  • 3 blueberries for garnish, optional
  • 3 fresh mint leaves for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. In a tall glass, muddle the blueberries, lime wedges, and mint leaves until the blueberries break down, the lime releases juice, and the mint is bruised.
  2. Pour in the rum and simple syrup, then stir. Add ice and club soda to taste, adjusting the amount to your liking.
  3. Garnish with additional blueberries and mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup based on your preference.
