- 5 packets Apple Cider Mix
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Kraft Caramel Bits
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, and apple cider mix until well combined.
- Add the egg and vanilla, beating until everything is mixed thoroughly.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Gradually beat the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until a cookie dough forms.
- Fold in the caramel bits until evenly distributed.
- Scoop cookie dough balls of about 1 1/2 tbsp each and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them. Bake for approximately 11 minutes.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature butter to ensure it creams well with sugar.
