Description

These cheeseburger sliders are perfect for any gathering! With their mouthwatering flavor and simple preparation, they combine ground beef, creamy mayo, and melty cheddar cheese, all nestled in soft Hawaiian rolls. A delightful treat for anyone seeking easy homemade appetizers!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 large yellow onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12 hawaiian rolls
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it apart while it cooks. Drain any excess grease and return the beef to the pan.
  2. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and diced onion, stirring until the onion softens.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottom half in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the rolls.
  5. Top with slices of cheddar cheese.
  6. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the inside of the top halves of the rolls.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the tops toast.
  8. Mix melted butter with everything bagel seasoning and brush it over the tops of the warm rolls.

Notes

Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
Feel free to add pickles or other toppings for more flavor.
These sliders are excellent for parties or game nights.
