- 16 ounces (452 g) brick-style cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- ½ cup (120 g) sour cream, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and sugar together until combined.
- Drizzle melted butter over the crumb mixture, stirring with a fork until evenly moistened.
- Firmly press the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate, using a measuring cup to pack it tightly.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside while preparing the filling, keeping the oven at 325°F.
