Description

This Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler brings together juicy peaches and soft cinnamon rolls for a comforting dessert. Quick to prepare and unbelievably delicious, it’s perfect for family gatherings or a cozy evening treat.


Ingredients

  • 5 peaches (pitted, peeled & sliced)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 package pillsbury cinnamon roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9-inch square pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  2. Pit, peel, and slice the peaches, then place them in a medium-sized saucepan.
  3. Stir in the water, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour the peach mixture into the baking dish.
  5. Cut each cinnamon roll into fourths and sprinkle them evenly over the top of the peaches.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown.
  8. After removing from the oven, drizzle the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls over the cobbler.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract to the peach mixture before cooking.
You can substitute fresh peaches with canned peaches if needed, but drain them well to avoid excess moisture.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
