- 8 hamburger buns

Instructions
- Prepare the grill to about 300° using hickory or oak for wood smoke.
- Combine the brown sugar, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and dry mustard to create the steak rub.
- Incorporate the seasoning mixture into the ground beef and form it into 8 patties, ensuring an indentation in the center of each.
- Cook the patties over indirect heat with the lid closed for 5 minutes, then flip and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°.
- Remove the burgers from the grill and serve on hamburger buns topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, and your favorite condiments.
