Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 cups frozen banana slices
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  2. For strawberry flavor, add 3 cups frozen strawberries, 3 Tablespoons honey, and 1 Tablespoon lemon juice to the food processor. Blend until creamy, for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. For banana flavor, add 3 cups frozen banana slices, 3 Tablespoons honey, and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract to the food processor. Blend until creamy, for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Allow to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are frozen for the best texture.
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey as preferred.
Experiment with other fruits for different flavors.
