Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup self-rising flour or 1 cup all-purpose flour & 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, flour, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  2. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it gently for about a minute until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
  4. Roll out each portion into a thin circle.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden spots appear and the naan is cooked through.

Notes

You can use self-rising flour or all-purpose flour with baking powder for this recipe.
For added flavor, consider brushing the naan with garlic butter after cooking.
