Instructions

- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it gently for about a minute until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
- Roll out each portion into a thin circle.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden spots appear and the naan is cooked through.
Notes
You can use self-rising flour or all-purpose flour with baking powder for this recipe.
