- 1/2 pound rotini pasta
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 sweet white onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp dill
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta to al dente as per package directions, then rinse under cold water.
- Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Slice it thinly and set aside.
- Soak the thinly sliced onion in a bowl of cold water for a short while.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, dill, and white vinegar.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix well, and refrigerate for 45 minutes before serving.
Notes
