Description

Ingredients

  • 2 english cucumbers, approximately 1-1¼ pounds, sliced ⅛-inch thick
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion, from about a quarter of a medium onion
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1½ teaspoons granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced cucumbers and red onions in a large bowl.
  2. In another small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, white vinegar, fresh dill, granulated sugar, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and onion mixture, gently folding until everything is well coated.
