Description

This Dole Whip offers a delightful mix of pineapple and vanilla flavors in a simple, refreshing treat. Perfect for warm days, it’s easy to prepare and sure to satisfy your sweet tooth with its creamy texture and fruity goodness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen pineapple chunks, vanilla ice cream, and pineapple juice in a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth and serve immediately.
  3. For a swirl presentation, use a piping bag with a 1M or star tip to pipe the whipped mixture into a glass.
  4. To create a Dole Whip Float, add the blended mixture to a tall glass, top with 2 ounces of pineapple juice, and finish with a cherry.
  5. For a Boozy Dole Whip Float, blend the mixture with 1 ounce of rum and an additional 2 ounces of pineapple juice. Serve with a cherry on top.

Notes

For a thicker consistency, use less pineapple juice.
Experiment with fresh pineapple for a more vibrant flavor.
Keep the mixture cold until serving to maintain its creamy texture.
