Description

These blueberry popsicles are bursting with flavor and are super easy to make. Using frozen blueberries, creamy vanilla yogurt, and ripe banana, this healthy treat is ideal for warm days and for satisfying your sweet tooth in a nutritious way!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled

Instructions

  1. Place the blueberries, banana, and yogurt in a blender.
  2. Secure the lid and puree until completely smooth, adding a small amount of liquid if needed.
  3. Pour the blueberry mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about 1/4-inch space at the top.
  4. Cover the molds with foil or a lid and insert the sticks into the center of each popsicle.
  5. Transfer the molds to the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.
  6. To serve, dip the molds briefly in warm water to loosen and gently pull on the stick to release the pops.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute yogurt with a plant-based alternative.
Feel free to add a splash of lemon juice for extra zing!
