Description

This Frozen Berry Margarita blends the irresistible flavors of mixed berries with tequila and lime for a quick, delightful drink. Perfect for warm gatherings or a relaxing evening at home!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
  • 4 oz silver tequila or white tequila
  • 4 oz triple sec
  • juice of ½ lime plus more for rimming the glass
  • ¼ maple syrup; you can also use honey if you don't have maple syrup
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • sugar for the rim
  • ¼ cup club soda; more if needed
  • lime wheels and mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge, then dip it into sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen berries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture; if you want it sweeter, add more sugar. If it's too thick, splash in a bit of club soda.
  4. Pour the mixture into your rimmed glass, add a splash of club soda if desired, and garnish with a lime wheel and mint leaves.

Notes

You can substitute maple syrup with honey if necessary.
Adjust the sweetness and thickness by adding more sugar or club soda to your taste.
