Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 small pinch cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process on high until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning to preference, particularly with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for at least one hour before serving.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.

Feel free to customize the herbs to your liking.
The dressing pairs wonderfully with salads, grilled meats, and as a dip for vegetables.
For a spicier version, add more cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
