Mint Oreo Ice Cream Dessert is a delightful blend of crushed Oreo cookies, smooth mint chip ice cream, and hot fudge, making it the perfect sweet treat for gatherings or nights in!

- 1 13.29-ounce package oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 quarts mint chip ice cream, softened
- 1 12-ounce jar hot fudge topping, divided
- 1 8-ounce tub whipped topping, thawed
- 1/3 cup chopped andes mints
Instructions
- Crush all of the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
- Reserve 2 tablespoons of the crushed cookies for garnishing and set aside.
- Mix the melted butter into the crushed Oreo cookies and pulse to combine.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form a crust.
- Spread half of the softened mint chip ice cream on top of the crust evenly.
- Pour most of the hot fudge topping over the ice cream, reserving a couple of tablespoons for later.
- Layer the remaining mint chip ice cream on top and smooth the surface.
- Cover the pan with foil and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight for best results.
- Once frozen, spread the whipped topping over the ice cream layer.
- Garnish with the reserved fudge, crushed Oreo crumbs, and chopped Andes mints.
- Serve immediately or return to the freezer until it’s time to enjoy.

Ensure the ice cream is softened for easy spreading.
This dessert can be made a day in advance for best results.
Feel free to add more toppings such as chocolate sprinkles for extra flavor.
