Description

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Bars are a delightful treat combining oats, chocolate, and peanut butter. Simple to prepare, these bars are perfect for a quick snack or healthy dessert, satisfying cravings without any baking!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2/3 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the old fashioned oats and chocolate chips.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil. Stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat, then pour the peanut butter mixture into the bowl with the oats and chocolate chips.
  4. Mix until everything is well combined and the chocolate is melted.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 9×9 pan lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into bars.
