Ingredients

Scale
  • 9 large peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¾ cup softened butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375℉. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Place the peeled, sliced peaches in the greased baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Add the softened butter and vanilla to the bowl; mix with your hands until small crumbles form. Avoid overmixing to keep the texture light.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the peaches in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes until the top is golden brown and juices bubble.
  7. Allow the crumble to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of nutmeg to the crumble mixture.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for a delightful treat.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
