Description

Pineapple Pretzel Salad Fluff is a delightful blend of crushed pretzels, creamy filling, and sweet pineapple. This no-bake treat is perfect for gatherings and easy to prepare, making it a go-to dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups Pretzels, Chopped
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter, Melted
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 1 (16 oz) can Crushed Pineapple, Drained
  • 2 (8 oz) containers Cool Whip, Thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Crush enough pretzels to measure 1 1/2 cups and place them in a bowl.
  3. Add brown sugar and melted butter to the pretzels, mixing well until combined.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking pan and bake in the oven for 6 minutes. Stir immediately after removing from the oven, then let cool and stir again.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, white sugar, drained crushed pineapple, and thawed Cool Whip until smooth.
  6. Just before serving, stir in the cooled pretzel mixture.

Notes

The pretzel layer can be prepared ahead of time, just mix with the filling before serving.
Make sure to drain the crushed pineapple well to avoid excess moisture in the fluff.
This dish can be refrigerated for a couple of hours before serving.
