Ingredients

Scale
  • 13.9 ounce pack of chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 2 (3.4 ounce) boxes instant white chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping thawed
  • Festive sprinkles
  • Gummy stars
  • Red food coloring, as needed
  • Blue food coloring, as needed
  • 8 (9 ounce) disposable cups

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor or a ziploc bag until finely crumbled.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the cold milk and instant white chocolate pudding mix together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide the pudding mixture equally into three bowls.
  4. Add red food coloring to one bowl and blue food coloring to another; stir each until uniform in color.
  5. Divide the whipped topping evenly among the three bowls and gently fold it into each until combined.
  6. In each disposable cup, layer the cookie crumbs, followed by blue pudding, more cookie crumbs, then white pudding, more cookie crumbs, red pudding, and top with a final layer of cookie crumbs.
  7. Finish off each cup with festive sprinkles and gummy stars.

Notes

For a more intense flavor, use whole milk instead of low-fat milk.
Feel free to substitute with any flavor of instant pudding that you enjoy.
These cups can be prepared a few hours in advance; just keep them refrigerated until serving.
