Description

These Red, White and Blue Fruit Cups feature layered, sweet strawberries and blueberries with homemade whipped cream. They’re not only delicious but also a fun, colorful treat for any gathering. Perfect for quick snacks or festive celebrations!


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup icing sugar
  • 1 ⅓ cup strawberries, chopped small
  • 2 cups blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer bowl or large bowl with a hand mixer, mix heavy cream and icing sugar on medium speed until stiff peaks form, about 10 minutes. Adjust icing sugar to taste, then set aside.
  2. In a container, layer ⅓ cup strawberries, ½ cup whipped cream, and ½ cup blueberries. Repeat for the remaining servings.
  3. Top with an extra dollop of whipped cream and a strawberry if desired.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more icing sugar to the whipped cream if necessary.
You can use additional fruits like raspberries for a different flavor profile.
