- ¼ cup icing sugar
- 1 ⅓ cup strawberries, chopped small
- 2 cups blueberries
Instructions
- In a stand mixer bowl or large bowl with a hand mixer, mix heavy cream and icing sugar on medium speed until stiff peaks form, about 10 minutes. Adjust icing sugar to taste, then set aside.
- In a container, layer ⅓ cup strawberries, ½ cup whipped cream, and ½ cup blueberries. Repeat for the remaining servings.
- Top with an extra dollop of whipped cream and a strawberry if desired.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more icing sugar to the whipped cream if necessary.
You can use additional fruits like raspberries for a different flavor profile.
