Ingredients
Scale

- 8 slices bacon
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Prepare the stuffing according to the directions and let it cool completely.
- Lay each chicken thigh on a cutting board, placing stuffing in the center (about 2-3 tablespoons depending on the thigh size).
- Fold each chicken thigh around the stuffing and wrap tightly with bacon. Sprinkle garlic powder and paprika on top.
- Place any leftover stuffing at the bottom of the baking dish, then position the chicken thighs seam side down on top of the stuffing.
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Notes
Ensure the stuffing is completely cooled before stuffing the chicken to prevent cooking from stopping.
For extra flavor, try adding herbs to the stuffing before using it in the chicken thighs.
Leftover stuffing can be served as a side with the meal.
