Description

This Pumpkin Protein Shake is a tasty blend of frozen banana, pumpkin puree, and almond milk, perfect for a quick and nutritious breakfast or snack that will delight pumpkin lovers!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 cup unsweetened or vanilla almond milk
  • 46 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen banana, pumpkin puree, protein powder, rolled oats, pumpkin pie spice, and nutmeg to a blender.
  2. Pour in the almond milk and top with the ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds, scraping down the sides as necessary, until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust the amount of pumpkin pie spice to your taste.
For a creamier texture, use vanilla almond milk instead of unsweetened.
This shake can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
