Scale
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3 oz. espresso
  • ¾ cup almond milk, plain, unsweetened
  • ¾ cup 2% greek yogurt, plain
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup 2% greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • cocoa powder for topping
  • 12 teaspoons mini chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients for the oats in a blender and blend until smooth.
