- 1 large egg
- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup (100g) reese’s pieces
- 1 cup (136g) finely chopped reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two cookie sheets with Silpats or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, egg, sugars, and baking soda. Mixing by hand is simple, but a mixer can be used.
- Once the mixture is well combined, fold in the Reese’s Pieces and the chopped peanut butter cups.
- Scoop out balls of dough onto the prepared cookie sheets using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop. Flatten each cookie gently with a fork.
- Bake for about 8 minutes and allow to cool for 15 minutes before removing them from the cookie sheets. Be cautious as the cookies can be crumbly.
Notes
For chewier cookies, refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
