Ingredients

  • 2 cups Apples, Diced
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Celery (Diced)
  • 1 cup Grapes (Halved)
  • 1/2 cup Pecan Halves (Roughly Chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Whipping Cream (Whipped)
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced apples, sugar, and lemon juice, tossing well.
  2. In the same bowl, add diced celery, halved grapes, and chopped pecans, mixing gently.
  3. In a separate large bowl, whip the cream until peaks form, then fold in mayonnaise until well combined.
  4. Carefully add the apple mixture to the whipped cream, folding gently to integrate. Season with salt and adjust to taste.
  5. Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
