Description

This Watermelon Feta Salad combines the sweetness of watermelon with the saltiness of feta. It’s easy to prepare and ideal for a quick, healthy meal or side dish at any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 pounds chopped seedless watermelon
  • 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
  • zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Toss the watermelon, feta, basil, and mint in a large serving bowl.
  2. Sprinkle lime zest over the salad and drizzle with lime juice. Gently toss until combined.
  3. Taste and season with flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to your liking.
